WHAT YOU NEED!
1 medium cauliflower (diced) 1 whisked egg ¼ cup Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon butter Salt & pepper |
HOW!
Preheat your oven on fan-bake at 210°C Grab your cauliflower and blend it in a food processor or blender until the texture is grainy dough. Heat a non stick pan and heat through the cauliflower to remove the moisture. Remove from the heat, just before the cauliflower dough browns. In a bowl whisk the egg until fluffy, add Parmesan, butter and salt + pepper. Add the cauliflower to the wet mix, turn through mixture until you have a dough. Cover a tray with lightly oiled baking paper. cover the tray with your cauli-dough and place in the oven. Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Cover with all those coverings! make sure you add plenty of cheese! and bake for a further 5-10 mins. - Plate and enjoy! |
