500gm Rump steak. 1/4 cup Cornflower (for coating) 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds THE SAUCE! 4 tablespoons White sugar 3 tablespoons White Vinegar 2 tablespoons Juice squeezed from an orange 1 teaspoon chili flakes 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1/2 cup Water 2 teaspoons Orange zest 1 tablespoons Ginger 1 tablespoon Garlic 1 teaspoon Cornflour Salt & Pepper |
LETS GO!
Slice the steak into finger sized pieces & coat with cornflour. Pan fry the steak into crispy. Set aside to rest. In a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens. Add beef to the sauce and mix through sesame seeds.
