1 Cup pitted dates 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 2 tablespoon cacao powder (or cocoa) 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 tablespoon water(or until moist) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
HOW!
Blend dates with water & vanilla essence. Set aside in a bowel. Blend up the cashews. Add cashews, almond meal (or ground almonds), coconut, cocoa to the dates and mix. Set in a tin to cut into bars later OR roll into balls, and coat with coconut flakes. store in the fridge and enjoy! |
