In a jar mix water, yogurt, berries and oats. Sprinkle seeds on top. Seal and refrigerate overnight Enjoy the morning after! FINAL TIPS: Delicious hot or cold!! Goes well with banana slices and a sprinkle of brown sugar or honey. |
